Stonebridge Fishing Report

Week Ending 8th June 2010

Junior angler, 10 year old, Sam Lodder-Knowles from Sheffield visted Stonebridge whilst on holiday in the area. Fishing for the first time, he landed a 2lb 2oz rainbow on a pink blob (photo below).

Junior anglers and Stonebridge club members, Mark Moss from Darlington landed 6 rainbow trout, and Tom Anderson from Mansfield landed 7 rainbow trout.

Olive zonkers and daddy long legs are the flies of the week with slow figure of eight just below the surface and stripping back.
