Welcome to Stonebridge Fishing Lakes

Set in North Yorkshire & easily accessed off the A1 and A19, Stonebridge Fishing Lakes offer great Trout & Carp fishing. Our fisheries manager Freddie Bainbridge is an acknowledged, well respected expert and is usually on-site to offer expert advice to the beginner and seasoned angler alike!

The natural spring fed lakes are stocked with hard fighting Rainbow Trout which are reared in the North Yorkshire Dales. Mature trees surround the lakes giving an abundance of natural fly life. The fishery platforms are on the level giving lake access to disabled anglers.

The Lodge

This is an ideal place to meet up with friends before your days fishing. The lodge provides hot drinks & assorted snacks in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Announcements

We are very proud to have been chosen to host the Troutmasters Junior Championship Final, which will be held on 8 and 9 August 2009. It is a weekend event for the whole family with camping and caravanning available and food on site. We are very grateful to Troutmasters for the opportunity to host such a great event.

Any junior up to and including the age of 12 accompanied by a guardian on a full price ticket can fish for free and have the use of Stonebridge's own rods etc. See further news for details of the Salmon and Trout Association Junior Day.

With the hot weather fishing has been hard. Small Black knats are patteren of the week fished below the surface. With Olive Zonkers bring favoured aswell.
